CLIFFORD DOVE

My love of dirt racing began on an early Spring night in 1992 at the Winchester Speedway, I had never had an interest in motorsports photography until I became friends with the legend, Tony Hammett, in 1999 I bought a small compact 35mm camera and began messing around taking pictures, through this I met and became friends with another legend the incomparable Steve Crumbacker.  In 2000 I purchased my first 35mm SLR and began my motorsports photography career in earnest.  I became the track photographer at Winchester in 2001, and after spending a couple years travelling around to some different tracks, returned as track photographer in 2004.  From 2005 to 2007 I lived a dream as I was asked by Steve Crumbacker himself to take over for him at Hagerstown. Due to job commitments I returned to my home at Winchester Speedway in 2008 and in 2010 I have been given the oppurtunity to join with this great team that Jason Walls has made, and I am honored to have been asked to be a part of it.  You will see me with my Canon equipment at the Winchester Speedway and at Steel Block Bandit events in 2010.
